If you submit content to the website you agree that Creativity Found and other Users of the site may, at any time, publish, copy, edit, distribute, translate and otherwise use it in any medium. We may edit, monitor or remove content that we determine as unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, pornographic, defamatory or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service. At no time should you submit sensitive personal information to the website.
DAMAGE TO YOUR EQUIPMENT:
We try to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your equipment. We will not be liable to any person for any damage or loss which may arise to your equipment because of using this website.
SUBSCRIPTION:
On joining a Creativity Found membership package you will be charged on a monthly basis the fee stated on sign-up.
You can cancel at any time and the next payment will not be taken.
Cancellation is made by clicking on your Avatar in your members area. Click on Settings, then Billing Info, and click on Cancel.
If you sign up for membership using a special offer, then cancel, that special offer will no longer be available to you.
MEMBERS' CHAT GROUP:
On agreeing to the terms at time of subscription, you agree NOT to share anything posted in the Members' Chat Group without seeking the permission of the person who posted.
Creativity Found is a safe community. We share within the membership community but not outside of the community.
Anyone found to have shared or disclosed information posted within the membership without prior permission will be immediately dismissed from the membership.
UPDATES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE:
The site owner reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service at any time. It is therefore recommended to check this page often and refer to the date of the last modification at the bottom. Your continued use of the website after any change in this Terms of Service will mean you accept such change. If a User objects to any of the changes to the Terms of Service, the User must cease using the website.

Emails including newsletters (containing some marketing) and blog posts updates are sent through Kajabi. When you join the mailing list you supply your email address, first name and last name. Your data is held by Kajabi and you can unsubscribe at any time. This can be done using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of every mailing or by contacting the Data Controller. Mailings contain tracking data which allows us to see if the newsletter has been opened and if links have been clicked, this is to help us to improve the content of future mailings.
ANALYTICS:
We monitor and analyse website traffic to identify user behaviour and improve my services. This is done via Kajabi and Google Analytics.
KAJABI:
This website is created using Kajabi which uses Personal Data (Usage Data) to track and examine the use of this website and to prepare reports on its activities.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS:
Google Analytics is a website analysis service which uses the Personal Data (Cookies and Usage Data) to track and examine the use of this website, to prepare reports on its activities and to share them with other Google services.
